1. Eligibility

• KAC certifications are open to individuals aged 16 and above.
  
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information while submitting assignments or applying for certification.

2. Assignment Submission & Evaluation

• Assignments submitted must be your original work.
  
• Our review team will evaluate your submission within 3 working days based on performance and alignment with the brief.
• Final certification levels will be determined at Keisang HR's discretion (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced).
• Submitting an assignment does not guarantee receiving an award or higher-tier certification.

3. Certification Fee

• A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is applicable for certification processing.
  
• This fee covers the evaluation and issuance of a digital certificate.
• Awards like Designer/Developer of the Month are performance-based and offered at our discretion.

4. Award Consideration

• Only submissions demonstrating exceptional quality may qualify for awards or referral opportunities.
  
• Keisang Awards and Certifications (KAC) reserves the right to withhold awards or recognitions if criteria are not met.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Certification fees are non-refundable once the form is submitted and payment is received.
  
• Disputes related to evaluation will be reviewed internally but our team's decision is final.

6. Use of Your Work

• By submitting your assignment, you grant Keisang Awards and Certifications (KAC) a non-exclusive license to showcase your work on its website or social media (with proper credit), unless you opt out in writing.
  

7. Data Privacy

• Your personal data (name, email, LinkedIn, phone) will only be used to issue certificates, process awards, and communicate with you regarding certification updates.
  
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party companies. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Keisang HR Pvt Ltd is not responsible for technical issues, loss of data, or delayed submissions due to user error or connectivity issues.
  
• Participation in the certification program is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies your agreement to the updated terms.
